A Champagne, a signature
For almost a century, the Tellier-Renaudin family has been vinifying and selling Champagne. Dominique Tellier Renaudin is now the owner and cellar master.
The creation of this Domain blends History and originality. The first family to have lived in this castle was that of its builder, the count Pierre Louis de Failly, renowned military, and then the Tellier-Renaudin family, who since this time has been elaborates historically champagnes of character.
Effervescence of time
Champagne R.Renaudin is combining history, tradition and prestige, since 1724, creating singular and atypical Champagnes.
Total aera of the Domain R.Renaudin is 12 hectares, made of the three identity Champagne's grapes varieties. Respectively planted at 30 % Chardonnay, 70 % Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
With an average age of 25 years old, the vineyard is found on Moussy, Pierry and Chavot terroirs, including some classified Premier Cru. R.Renaudin is engaged into a sustainable approach.
Vinification takes place from the traditional know-how of Champagne making process, partially in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation. The wine is raised in oak barrels or vats ; about 8 months on lees and for an ageing of minimum 6 years.
